Instead of putting every single month's progress on here I've decided to just publish the results on a three month interval so the results will be a little more noticeable (hopefully lol)! My muscle definition this month isn't as pronounced as I'd like it to be since I've just come off of a 1 week rest period to avoid micro fractures and muscle fatigue. I'm also eating a lot more than at the beginning since I am now attempting to gain mass. I started the progress weighing in at 160 flabby, burned 7 lbs of fat by December, and now I'm back up to 161 lbs and trying to turn it into muscle...I'll sacrifice the definition for now but it'll definitely make a return very soon. Stay tuned!

Month #2...These were taken in early October. The journey had just begun and man I was sore...But as they say "no pain..."
